What’s the digital proofing stage and how long does that take?

Our free digital proofs are created by our in house design team and allow you to see exactly what your print will look like before it is sent to production. You'll be able to go back and forth with the designer to ensure your image looks great as a print and is something you'll love on your wall. Digital proofs are typically available within one to two business days. You’ll receive the proof by email, simply approve if you’re happy with it, and then your order will be sent to production. It’s that easy.

Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?

All of our prints come ready-to-hang out of the box with protective rubber bumpers and a gallery-strength piano wire or a sawtooth hanging hardware for smaller pieces. Easy peasy. Everything you need is already included. We’ll even include the nail! You can also check out our blog with tips on how to hang your canvas straight without a level.

What is the quality of your canvas and framed prints?

Our canvas prints are created using the highest quality materials. And when we say highest quality, we mean museum quality canvas prints that are designed to last well over 100 years! Needless to say, they are built to last and include water, fade, scratch, crack and warp resistance, which truly guarantees you’ll be able to treasure them for a lifetime.

Our frames are made from Roma Moulding, which is handcrafted in Italy. They are 5 times sanded, finished without toxins or chipping and made from 100% real pine wood.

How long does it take to receive my canvas print and can I track it?

After you approve your digital proof, it takes 5-7 business days for your canvas or framed print to be hand made and then 3-7 days for standard shipping. You also have the option to select rush shipping which has your order arrive within 5-7 business days. We will email you a tracking number for your order as soon as it’s shipped out!

Do you offer promotions or deals I can use?

Yes we do! You can subscribe to our newsletter by adding your email to our sign up form at the bottom of any page on our website and we will send you email-exclusive promotions as well as keep you in the know about our upcoming sales.

What image file types does Canvaspop accept?

Our website uploader accepts JPEG, TIFF or PNG files. If you have a file type that is not supported by our uploader or is larger than 100 MB, then you can contact us for alternate instructions, and we can provide you with a link to our FTP (file transfer protocol) site. We also have an exclusive feature which allows you to easily print high-quality photos straight from Instagram or Facebook.

How do I know my image can print at the size that I want?

You no longer need to worry that your image may get pixelated when you try to enlarge it to print it on a canvas or framed print. Here at CanvasPop, we specialize in printing lower-resolution photos and enlarging smaller images such as those found on your mobile device or even from Instagram and Facebook.

If you really want to be extra sure of your image quality, you can always reach out to our customer service team prior to ordering your print.

Also, when you upload your image, we offer suggested print dimension sizes based on the specific width and length of your image to further ensure it is picture-perfect.
